Please read the terms and conditions displayed before using the Boamar website. By using the Boamar website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Through these Terms and Conditions, BOAMAR LLC and PLENIMODA SAS (hereinafter “Boamar”), as the proprietor of the electronic business platform (hereinafter “Platform”) available at www.boamar.com, provides explanatory information about the Platform and the regulations for its use and access.
The regulation applicable to these Terms and Conditions is the law of the United States, as this Platform is primarily addressed to residents located within the U.S. territory. Nonetheless, Boamar ensures compliance with international regulations on data protection and consumer rights. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Users” refers to individuals who may create an account to generate transactions on the Platform. Users are the purchasers of Boamar products who may use the Platform to complete remote purchases.
ENTRY AND USE OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform is made available by Boamar for Users to inquire about and purchase Boamar brand products. Users agree to use the contents of the Platform in a diligent, lawful, and ethical manner. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

PRICES, OFFERS, AND DISCOUNTS
Boamar strives to provide accurate product information; however, minor variations, such as slight color differences, may occur due to technical factors. Boamar does not accept responsibility for such variations.
Prices are displayed in USD or the legal currency of the User’s location and exclude applicable taxes. Boamar reserves the right to change prices and product availability prior to the placement of an order. Once an order is placed, Boamar will honor the purchase terms.
Shipping expenses are displayed during checkout and are added to the total order price.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Platform allows transactions via third-party services such as PayPal. Boamar does not manage or store payment data and is not responsible for the operation or security of these services. Please refer to the respective service providers for their terms and conditions.
DELIVERIES
Boamar delivers to the address provided by the User at the time of purchase. Deliveries are made on business days only. If delivery issues arise, Boamar will work to resolve them promptly, but this does not entitle the User to cancel the order.
RETURNS POLICY
Boamar offers a return policy subject to the following conditions:

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with tags and hygienic protectors intact.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

DISCOUNTED GARMENTS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
WARRANTY POLICY
It is our obligation with the buyers to guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, good condition and operation of the products sold through www.boamar.com
The term of validity of the warranty of the items purchased for defects in quality, suitability and safety is ninety (90) calendar days from the date of delivery.
At the moment of making a claim, we recommend you to deliver the clean product to our work team.
For the attention of claims related to the warranty of the products, the goods subject to claim may be made available to Boamar in any of our stores or if it is an online purchase should be written directly ventas@boamar.com to WhatsApp +57 324 3716987 to address the warranty request.
Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of the same (after analyzing the good object of the claim) and will be given the answer within 15 working days, in accordance with the law.
The buyer may request a refund, exchange or credit balance if the item presents any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:

PRODUCT CARE
Boamar advises Users to follow the care instructions provided on product labels. Boamar is not responsible for damages resulting from improper care.

Boamar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform.
