RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Boamar, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for refunds, store credit, or exchanges, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ Unused, unworn, and unaltered.
✔ In their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
✔ Not marked as Sale or non-returnable.
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Processing & Fees
Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the package.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
A return processing fee of $10 (US) or $15 (rest of the world) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We allow one-time exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability).
Exchanges follow the same 30-day return conditions.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit instead.

Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or washing.

REFUNDS POLICY
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except for cases when customer asks for a Gift Card as refund method.
• Refunds issued to credit cards can take up to five (15) business days to be available in the bank statement.
• If the return was made by mail, the refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received. You will be notified via email once it has been done.
