• After the checkout, you won’t have to pay extra fees to receive our pieces.
Our estimated delivery time depends on the region, but you can expect your package within 3 to 5 commercial days.

• Do I have to pay for the return?
No. We offer free returns in the cases applicable.

• When will I get my refund?
• If your return was made by mail, the refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received. You will be notified via email once it’s done.
RETURN POLICY
• All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors, as received.

DISCOUNTED GARMENTS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
• After your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return. No exceptions.
• You must contact Boamar at the email address shipping@boamar.com / ventas@boamar.com where you should request the return and explain the reasons.
• Once Boamar is aware of the case, we will contact you to inform you which carrier will be assigned to pick up the product. For this, you must generate the shipping label, share it with Boamar, and schedule the product pickup.
• You should advice Boamar your preferred refund method: Original Payment Method or Gift Card.
• The refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received by Boamar. You will be notified via email once it has been done.
REFUNDS POLICY
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except for cases when customer asks for a Gift Card as refund method.
• Refunds issued to credit cards can take up to five (15) business days to be available in the bank statement.
