Return Policy
Please make sure you wear appropriate undergarments when trying on the merchandise.
If you want a refund or return please note that the product must have original tags and hygienic liners in place. It cannot be damaged, laundered in any way, worn, have deodorant stains or a musty odor.(No exceptions will be made).
We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order.

Refunds usually take between 15 to 30 business days from the date we receive your item(s). Funds will be refunded via the same payment method used when the purchase was made.
